DEFENDING STATE LAWS AND LOCAL CONTROL OF SCHOOLS

DEFENDING STATE LAWS AND LOCAL CONTROL OF SCHOOLS

According to the Office of the Wisconsin Attorney General, The Wisconsin Government Accountability Board, and two Constitutional Attorneys, the citizen has three choices when an elected official ignores the state statutes he was elected to protect:

  1. Citizens may recall the elected official
  2. Citizens may vote the elected official out of office
  3. Citizens may file a class action law suit against the official
·       Our attorney charges $30 per harmed individual and we need 300 people
·       Proof of harm is a letter from your school board explaining that they did not hold public hearings about Common Core Standards, or Communications from school board members preventing a citizen from asking questions or providing information about Common Core, or documented threats made to any school board member or citizen for pursuing the issue of Common Core

Push the Contact Us button on the Advocates for Academic Freedom home page and let us know which approach you wish to take. If you have proof that you have been harmed, please provide copies of that proof and your contact information. We will gladly include you in our class action lawsuit.
