TEACHER EVALUATION OF ADMINISTRATORS
BECAUSE administrative respect for educational and behavioral standards is an essential element to the success of the school, the teachers, and the students, and
BECAUSE an administrator’s support for a teacher’s efforts to help each student become academically successful is essential for the success of the student and the teacher, and
BECAUSE an administrator who requires teachers to use methods or strategies other than those preferred by the teacher must share responsibility for the academic success of those children,
THEREFORE teachers must have frequent opportunities to evaluate their building administrator’s effectiveness in supporting a teacher’s efforts to help children meet academic and behavioral standards. All teacher evaluations must be kept anonymous and sent directly to the supervisor of the building principal.
